Do you sell Gadgets if they are broken or have missing parts?
No we will make sure these Gadgets under best condition. Gadgets do however must be complete with no missing parts.

(Yes, everything we sell have warranty. If you want to claim refund from us, please do it before the warranty expires.)

What happens if you receive a Gadget and it's not as described?
(We reserve the right to the Gadget, which will take into account the actual condition. Every item are just the same as displayed on our website.)

How much will it cost to ship my item(s)?
(Nothing! We covers the cost. We're happy to provide our customers with a free shipping fee. However, we are not responsible for any lost during shipment.)

How do payment with PayPal works?
(Once all the items in your transaction are processed and accepted, you will receive an email notification that your exchange is completed. GGMonster will then submit your PayPal payment request which will be paid within 24 hours of your completed exchange. Payment will be sent to your PayPal account using the email address you provided us. From there you can login to your PayPal account and spend or withdraw the balance as you see fit.
